Long Die Life
When running recycled stock, Xynatech’s PC Dies outlast crush cutting dies by a significant margin (anywhere from 6 to 20 times depending on the type of crush cut die). Pressing cutting dies compress the stock; they do not slice it. There is no contact between cutting lands. This means minimal abrasion and no smashing of the lands with our dies. There is a long die life and clean cutting dies.
